About Us

We are a small business, based in Oswaldtwistle in the heart of Lancashire, passionate about producing delicious jams marmalades and chutneys.

We use only the finest ingredients, many of which are grown in the county itself. All our products are additive free, hand prepared and hand made in small batches to maintain a naturally exceptional taste. Our strawberries, blackcurrants, redcurrants and raspberries are all hand picked in Lancashire and cooked while still fresh, keeping a fabulously fruity flavour.

Our ultimate goal is to source as much as possible from local growers using traditional farming methods. This allows us to use excellent quality ingredients and be a little kinder to the environment at the same time.

We also closely follow these values when sourcing printing and packing material for our company. The printer paper for our leaflets is 100% recycled as are the carrier bags we use at markets and food events.
