Apple Chutney 200g £2.75 A tangy and sweet flavour spiced with a little cayenne pepper. Great with all cheeses.
Beetroot Chutney with Orange 200g £2.75 Guild of Fine Food Great Taste Gold Award 2009 Very versatile, this combination brings out the best in a crumbly lancashire or good blue cheese, it also adds an extra dimension to a sauce or gravy.
Cranberry Jelly 205g £2.95 We use a little cider vinegar to give this jelly a lovely flavour with bite. It goes excellently will all poultry, especially turkey, goose and pheasant. Also great with roast pork.
Spiced Cranberry Jelly 205g £2.95 Like our Cranberry Jelly, our Spiced Cranberry is packed with whole cranberries and beautifully spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves to give a warm Christmas flavour.
Granny Kirby's Rhubarb Chutney 200g £2.95 A recipe inspired by John's Granny Kirby. We found the recipe amongst some hand written papers in an old pre-war cookery book. We'd had numerous requests from our customers to develop a rhubarb chutney and this was the successful result! Good with cheeses, pate, oily and smoked fish even with haggis and black puddings heat with a good measure of cayenne pepper.
Hot Plum Chutney 200g £2.75 Guild of Fine Food Great Taste Gold Award 2009 Gorgeous with cold meats, sausages or cheese. We use lots of dark brown sugar and spices and add some heat with a good measure of cayenne pepper.
Mint Jelly 220g £2.75 Bramley apples and fresh mint are the key ingredients for this jelly which, of course is fabulous with lamb!
Redcurrant Jelly with Orange and Port 227g £2.75 Whole redcurrants are simmered with the zest and juice of fresh oranges. Fabulous with lamb.
Red Onion Marmalade 200g £2.95 Delightful served with pates or terrines or simply spread onto sausages or strong cheeses.
Spicy Gooseberry Chutney 205g £2.95 Bursting with the sharpness of gooseberries, we add a kick with fresh red chillies.
Spicy Red Pepper Relish 196g £2.75 Intense red pepper flavour with red onions, and tomatoes, enhanced with herbs, spices and fresh chillis. A relish with a real kick! Works really well as an accompaniment to Thai food. Also goes great with cheeses, pies or even as a dip with Doritos.
Tomato and Date Chutney 205g £2.75 Rich and mild with the warm taste of ginger. Brings out the best with cheese on toast. Or why not serve with a curry instead of mango chutney?
