We're proud to announce our Beetroot Chutney with Orange and Our Hot Plum Chutney have both been awarded Great Taste Gold 1* at this year's Fine Food Awards! They are both very versatile flavours our customers say they're very addictive too! The Beetroot with Orange is great with a good blue cheese, goats cheese and brie, also good with roast beef or a salad. The hot plum goes well with a tasty or creamy lancashire, all cold meats or sausage sandwiches. One of the quality restaurants now using these products in their dishes is Bannister's Restaurant at Boundary Mill, Colne.
Our fruit infused vinegars are made by steeping the whole fruit in wine vinegar until the flavour reaches perfection. We have developed our vinegars to have a sweetness similar to balsamic so they can be used as a salad dressing as well as a base for drinks or poured over desserts. Presented in 250ml Dorica Bottles, they make great gifts as well as a store cupboard must!
The addition of a small selection of finishing salts using sea salt and wholegrain mustards will be available before Easter. These condiments loved by many foodies will add an extra dimension to our range and also give us the opportunity to create new recipes, something we love doing!
Our 8oz retail jars and 250ml fruit vinegars are sold through quality delis, food outlets and visitor attractions throughout the Northwest as well as online through this website. We also supply our entire range in 1kg catering tubs which are very popular with good cafes, restaurants and hotels. For special orders, we can now also provide 3kg catering buckets.
