We are committed to sourcing as many of our ingredients as we can from local sources and often get fresh fruit and vegetables from allotments and gardens in the area. We get fresh strawberries from Kirkham, raspberries and blackcurrants from Hapton and tomatoes from near Southport.
Shuttleworth Hall Farm and Shop, Hapton nr Accrington David and Susan have a great farm shop open every day except Monday's. We source much of our rhubarb and soft fruits from here. More information
Our Damsons come from the old orchards around Westmorland and apples from Parrox Hall Estate
We source our beetroot and onions from the farms around Tarleton, Preston.
