Huntley's owner and Managing Director Eddie Cowpe and his family have been farming in Samlesbury for over 800 years.
The first farm shop opened in 2001 selling meat, ice cream and milk. With Eddie's tenacity and vision, it now boasts a plethora of attractions including an excellent restaurant, a farm shop packed with local delights, plants, pick your own site, antiques, blacksmiths forge and furniture store.

It hosts many different exhibitions, from natural history to life in the trenches during the 1st world war.

This unique shopping complex is designed to appeal to all tastes and ages. Housed in five former weaving sheds, the complex covers 88,000 feet with over 80 retail concessions. You can find everything from arts and craft supplies to gadgets, furniture and locally produced foods.

The worlds only surviving 19th century steam powered weaving mill. You can experience live demonstrations every day the museum is open, the engine being scheduled to run 3 times during the afternoons. A lovely cafe and gift shop are also there for you to enjoy
