We had a great time at the Accrington Food Festival, held at the Town Hall on the 5th and 6th of April. On the Saturday, the Hairy Bikers, Si and Dave were the guest chefs. They're great genuine guys, really interested in local food. They even stayed after the event closed to chat to the exhibitors.
Our first Lancashire gooseberries will be ready soon. Watch out for our gooseberry and elderflower jam and spicy gooseberry chutney which will be available towards the end of this month
We now offer catering tubs (approx 900g) for all our core flavours. They're proving very popular both at the delis we supply and at a number of quality restaurants and hotels in the area. Please call or email for further information.
